YX-3 Inoculating crystal indicator is mainly used for the indication of inoculating crystal which made of silicon material.

1. One side matches with inoculating clamp(diameter of 260), which uses for the indication of crystal-bar face (111,100) sapphire A, C and so on. It can tests¦µ6---8inch, 150mm length crystal bar; after testing, put off the clamp, process the inoculating crystal on tool.
2. The other side for indication of inoculating crystal after the above process. Test inoculating crystal dimension of: round inoculating crystal¦µ5---20mm, square inoculating crystal ¦µ5---20mm, 150mm length.
